第三屆中國電氣工程國際青年會(huì)議China International Youth Conference on Electrical Engineering (CIYCEE 2022)暨華中科技大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院成立七十周年研究生學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)將于2022年11月3日至11月5日在華中科技大學(xué)電氣學(xué)院召開。大會(huì)由IEEE華中科技大學(xué)工業(yè)應(yīng)用協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)生分會(huì)(IEEE IAS SBC)主辦,IEEE華中科技大學(xué)電力電子協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)生分會(huì)(IEEE PELS SBC)協(xié)辦,并獲得IEEE、IEEE IAS、IEEE PELS、IEEE IAS Wuhan Chapter、華中科技大學(xué)電氣學(xué)院以及創(chuàng)新電機(jī)技術(shù)研究中心的大力支持。
CIYCEE 2022將專注于“Innovation from the Youth, Reforming for the Future”。本次青年會(huì)議既涵蓋電氣工程的傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,也重視富含活力的前沿交叉學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,旨在為來自世界各國、不同科研方向的青年學(xué)者和學(xué)生提供探討、交流未來電氣工程技術(shù)的高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)平臺(tái)。CIYCEE 2022將包含特邀學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告、工業(yè)技術(shù)報(bào)告、主題口頭匯報(bào)、海報(bào)展示、職業(yè)發(fā)展交流會(huì)等,為參會(huì)人員提供充分展示、交換在電氣領(lǐng)域的最新研究成果、想法和應(yīng)用的機(jī)會(huì),以及與專業(yè)人士、企業(yè)代表交流和建立聯(lián)系的無與倫比的機(jī)會(huì)。
本次會(huì)議是IEEE IAS支持的“Student-Led Conference”,會(huì)議的主要籌辦工作由學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé),教授、老師及其他專業(yè)人士將作為大會(huì)的技術(shù)顧問。本屆會(huì)議由IEEE HUST IAS SBC主席、博士研究生房莉任大會(huì)主席,博士研究生趙鈺、孫翔文、李睿和碩士研究生羅雙雙、劉恒陽、劉瀅君任大會(huì)副主席。IEEE IAS Wuhan Chapter、IEEE HUST IAS SBC指導(dǎo)老師曲榮海教授、IEEE HUST PELS SBC指導(dǎo)老師陳材副教授、電氣學(xué)院研究生輔導(dǎo)員許文立老師將擔(dān)任本次會(huì)議的主要指導(dǎo)顧問。
CIYCEE 2022錄用文章將由IEEE出版至?xí)h論文集,提交IEEE Xplore、EI檢索。優(yōu)秀論文推薦至IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications審稿(推薦比例約為15~20%)。會(huì)議論文采用全文投稿形式,全文為英文雙欄撰寫,至少5頁,計(jì)及參考文獻(xiàn)和作者介紹不超過7頁,具體格式規(guī)范參見附件。更多會(huì)議詳細(xì)信息可參見會(huì)議官方網(wǎng)站。

2022 IEEE China International Youth Conference on Electrical Engineering
The third China International Youth Conference on Electrical Engineering (CIYCEE 2022) and Academic Annual Meeting for postgraduates of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology will be held in the school of Electrical Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, on November 3rd~5th, 2022. The conference is hosted by IEEE IAS SBC, and is co-organized by IEEE PELS SBC, with technical support from IEEE, IEEE IAS, IEEE PELS, IEEE IAS Wuhan Chapter, HUST School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Center for Advanced Electrical Machines and Drives (CAEMD).
CIYCEE 2022 will focus on "Innovation from the Youth, Reforming for the Future". This youth conference not only covers the traditional fields of electrical engineering, but also focuses on the dynamic frontier interdisciplinary fields, aiming to provide a high-quality academic platform for young scholars and students from different countries and research fields to discuss and exchange ideas about future electrical engineering technologies. CIYCEE 2022 will contain special academic report, industrial technology report, oral presentation, poster presentation, professional development seminar, etc., providing the attendees with the opportunity to display and exchange their latest research ideas, results and applications in the field of electrical engineering, as well as the unparalleled opportunity of starting communication and connection with professionals or business representatives.
This conference is one of the "student-led Conferences" supported by IEEE IAS. The students are responsible for the main organization of the conference. Professors, teachers and other professionals will act as technical advisers to the conference. The conference is chaired by Ms. Fang Li, Chair of IEEE HUST IAS SBC. Ms. Zhao Yu, Mr. Sun Xiangwen, Mr. Li Rui, Ms. Luo Shuangshuang, Mr. Liu Hengyang and Ms. Liu Yingjun will be the vice chairmen of the conference. Prof. Qu Ronghai, Chair of IEEE IAS Wuhan Chapter, and Advisor of IEEE HUST IAS SBC, Associate Prof. Cheng Cai, Advisor of IEEE HUST PELS SBC, and Ms. Xu Wenli, Postgraduate Instructor of SEEE will serve as the main guidance consultants for this conference.
Articles accepted by CIYCEE 2022 will be published by IEEE to proceedings of the conference and submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI for retrieval. Excellent papers are recommended for review by IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications (the recommending proportion of articles is about 15-20%). The conference paper shall be submitted in the form of full-text submission. The full text shall be written in English double-column with at least 5 pages, including no more than 7 pages of references and biography. 據(jù)悉,第一屆中國電氣工程國際青年會(huì)議CIYCEE 2020于2020年在華中科技大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院召開。首屆會(huì)議舉行了30場(chǎng)口頭報(bào)告分會(huì)場(chǎng)以及10場(chǎng)海報(bào)展示分會(huì)場(chǎng),會(huì)議收到全球5個(gè)國家、81家高校或科研機(jī)構(gòu)的306篇技術(shù)論文,最終收錄240篇。來自清華大學(xué)、華中科技大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)等高校,以及國網(wǎng)能源研究院、CSG超高壓輸電公司等研究所和公司的參會(huì)者在線上進(jìn)行了充分的交流,并對(duì)自己的研究成果進(jìn)行展示,涉及的領(lǐng)域包括電力系統(tǒng)與能源、應(yīng)用電力電子、電機(jī)與控制工程、高電壓與絕緣技術(shù)、電工理論與電磁新技術(shù)、強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)工程與聚變技術(shù)等于電氣工程相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域。同時(shí)首屆會(huì)議還邀請(qǐng)到10名海內(nèi)外知名高校的青年專家?guī)黼姎夤こ填I(lǐng)域多個(gè)研究方向的10個(gè)精彩匯報(bào),技術(shù)匯報(bào)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播形式,向全體參會(huì)者開放,直播室內(nèi)交流不斷,反響頗佳。

中國電氣工程國際青年會(huì)議旨在為來自世界各國、不同科研方向的青年學(xué)者和學(xué)生提供探討、交流未來電氣工程技術(shù)的高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)平臺(tái),會(huì)議成為電氣領(lǐng)域關(guān)注程度高、影響力大、學(xué)術(shù)水平高的青年學(xué)者交流平臺(tái)。
星霜荏苒,時(shí)節(jié)如流,恰逢華中科技大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院喜迎建院(系)70周年華誕,IEEE華中科技大學(xué)工業(yè)應(yīng)用協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)生分會(huì)將與學(xué)院共同主辦第三屆會(huì)議,同時(shí)也是華中科技大學(xué)電氣與電子工程學(xué)院成立七十周年研究生學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì),會(huì)議將全面展示學(xué)院70年的辦學(xué)成就和特色,一同為青年學(xué)者和學(xué)生提供學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái),進(jìn)一步弘揚(yáng)“厚積薄發(fā)、擔(dān)當(dāng)致遠(yuǎn)”的華中大電氣精神。
